New hybrid training facility “SHARE – Center” at the Faculty of Economics, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”

Sofia University through its Faculty of Economics is a partner in the consortium SHARE ERIC Bulgaria from the National Roadmap for Scientific Infrastructure.

Thanks to the funds provided under the infrastructure SHARE ERIC Bulgaria for Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”, in 2020 the Faculty of Economics successfully completed the renovation and equipment of a new training facility “SHARE – Center” with 50 seats and computer systems for simultaneous training off and online (the so-called hybrid format).

“SHARE – Center” is the new hall 215 on the 2nd floor in block 3, which has a technique for interactive communication between the students present in it, and those wishing to join through an online connection.

The SHARE project team from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”, led by Prof. Dr. Ec. Prof. Zhelyu Vladimirov, realizes university courses and research on the basis of longitudinal panel data from SHARE. At the information seminars conducted by the National Consortium SHARE ERIC Bulgaria, the SHARE database is offered for research and knowledge-based public policies.
